At Debuggo ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible from https://chaos-proxy.debuggo.app, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data, in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and applicable international standards.

We collect information to provide our Service, process payments, and comply with tax laws.

1.2. Payment Information (Processed by AllPay)

We do not store or process your full credit card details on our servers.

All payments are securely processed by AllPay Ltd, a licensed credit card clearing provider in Israel.

When you pay, your credit card information is transmitted directly to AllPay via an encrypted connection.

AllPay complies with the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only receive a "token" or a confirmation that the payment was successful, along with the last 4 digits of the card for identification purposes.

1.3. Proxy Traffic Data (Service Functionality)

As Debuggo is a network debugging tool, we process the HTTP/HTTPS traffic you route through our servers.

  • Usage: This data is processed in real-time solely to provide the debugging features (logs, delay injection, error simulation).
  • Retention: Traffic logs are ephemeral. We retain them for a limited time (e.g., 30 days) to allow you to review your sessions, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • No Sale of Data: We strictly do not sell, mine, or share your traffic content with advertisers or third parties.

2How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To create and manage your cloud proxy instances.
  • Billing: To process payments and issue tax invoices (Heshbonit Mas/Kabala) as required by Israeli law.
  • Communication: To send you transaction receipts, technical updates, and security alerts.
  • Security: To prevent fraud, abusive use, and cyber-attacks.

3Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service:

  • Payment Processor: We share necessary transaction details with AllPay Ltd and the relevant credit card companies (Isracard, Max, Cal, Visa, Mastercard) to facilitate your payment.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by Israeli law, a court order, or to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
  • Tax Authorities: Transaction records are retained for 7 years for auditing purposes by the Israeli Tax Authority.

4Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
  • Our servers are hosted in secure cloud environments (e.g., AWS/DigitalOcean).
  • Sensitive payment data never touches our servers (handled via AllPay iframe/redirect).

However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and analyze website traffic. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but some portions of our Service (like logging in) may not function properly without them.

6Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
