Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Debuggo, we operate in compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Below you will find clear instructions on how to cancel your subscription or request a refund.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time.

  • How to cancel: Go to your Account Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, you can request cancellation via email at support@debuggo.app.
  • Effect: Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.

2. Refund Policy (Right of Cancellation)

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to cancel the transaction and receive a refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the transaction details document (whichever is later).
  • Eligibility: This applies to customers defined as "consumers" under the Law.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within the 14-day window not due to a defect or breach of contract, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), as permitted by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID or the email address used for registration:

Once approved, the refund will be processed through the AllPay clearing system and credited back to your original payment method. The credit usually appears on your statement within up to 7 business days or the next billing cycle, depending on your credit card issuer.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day legal cooling-off period.
  • If the account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the service for illegal cyber-attacks).
