These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products/services from our website debuggo.app. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Services and Payments

2.1. Description

We provide cloud-based network debugging tools and proxy services for mobile and web development.

2.2. Payments

Payments on this website are processed by AllPay Ltd, a licensed credit card clearing provider in Israel.

Your credit card statement will show a charge from: Debuggo (or AllPay).

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Isracard, etc.) and Bit.

All transactions are processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card details.

3Order Fulfillment & Delivery

3.1. Digital Services

Since our services are digital (SaaS), access is granted immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your login details or activation key.

3.2. Invoice

An automatic tax invoice/receipt (Heshbonit Mas/Kabala) will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

4Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.2. Refunds

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

  • 14-Day Guarantee: If you are a consumer based in Israel, you may cancel a transaction within 14 days of purchase (or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later), provided the service has not been fully utilized.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through the AllPay system and will appear on your credit card statement within up to 7 business days.
  • Cancellation Fee: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) as permitted by law, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or breach of contract.

5Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you may not use our platform to test, host, or promote:

  • Gambling, betting, or lottery sites.
  • Adult content or services.
  • Illegal drugs, substances, or weapons.
  • Forex, binary options, or pyramid schemes.
  • Any content that violates Israeli law.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these rules without refund.

6Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

  • We collect your name, email, and usage data to provide the Service.
  • Data Sharing: Your payment details are securely transferred to AllPay Ltd and relevant credit card companies (Isracard, CAL, MAX) solely for processing the transaction.
  • We retain transaction records for at least 7 years as required by tax authorities.

7Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Rishon LeZion or Tel Aviv.
